Mike Bernoski is passionate about helping businesses who are at a crossroads by providing a clear and beneficial exit strategy. His experience in business assessment, process analysis, and optimization helps companies pivot to generate more profitability and consistent results. Mike has consulted with numerous companies in varied industries on strategic growth planning, executive coaching, and assessing targets for acquisition based growth strategies.

Over the years Mike has led entrepreneurial initiatives such as his latest venture Prime Pool Service, which cares for over 600 commercial and residential clients each week in the Austin metro area. Mike worked for and with some of the country’s largest corporations including Motorola, where his technical expertise helped instill process efficiencies in a wafer manufacturing setting. He has successfully managed and completed infrastructure upgrade projects up to 100 million in size.

Mike spent 10 years growing a manufacturing and recycling business, AAA Pallet, compounding the business’ annual growth by 26% year over year during his tenure. He did so while maintaining leadership over 200 employees and a fleet of trucks traversing North America. He successfully packaged the company for sale and transitioned absentee owners into retirement. Mike has decades of effectively utilizing technology to propel growth in companies. Notably, at Sekure Connekt he was responsible for creating a system that allowed sales and operations employees to work remotely utilizing a cloud system in the 1990s before “cloud” technology was a word in the public vernacular.

Mike is passionate about advocating for people with disabilities and served as a founding member of a Texas based advocacy group for Autism. His organization’s lobbying enabled Texas to lead the charge as one of the first U.S. states to provide insurance for children on the autism spectrum.

Mike lives in Austin with his 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 teenagers. He is an avid fan of the outdoors who often spends his weekends hiking, cave diving, and skydiving.
