Occasionally life circumstances such as divorce, unexpected passing of an owner, or sickness can put an owner in a situation that requires them (or their surviving family) to move quickly. If they do not or cannot execute almost immediately, the business will begin to decrease in value. Business Crossroad Solutions is a rapid transition team capable of deploying quickly to stabilize the cash flow, customer base, and current employees. Our partners have diverse backgrounds with specialties of business operations, business finance, and sales and marketing experience that will deploy quickly if an owner or his family finds themselves in need.

We believe that our people and processes will give more value to a family over time than the transitional unplanned or unexpected business exit.

Our Approach

If your business needs a rapid ownership transition, we strive to be more efficient and effective than anyone you may speak with.  Our processes were designed to address your situation and get you to a solution as quickly as possible.  Our steps and timeline:

  • Initial phone conversation
  • On-site meeting within 3 days
  • Offer ready 2-4 days following the on-site meeting
  • Closing including all diligence within 3 weeks

This timeline is important to you because many businesses can begin losing value very quickly following an owner being unable to function in their traditional day to day role.  Most traditional processes to sell a business are not built to be rapid.  The traditional back and forth usually takes 4-6 months and often will fall apart in the 11th hour.  Business Crossroad Solutions is different by design.  Our commitment is that we will move quickly and “flood the zone” with an experienced management team to preserve as much business value as possible.
